Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was made, but no support service was provided

  • Duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Support service has already been delivered

  • The issue is outside our support scope

  • Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user

  • The user declined to cooperate during the support process
